  7. Version 1.0
  8.         This was the alpha version that was ran for testing and finding
  9.         all those nasty little bugs.  The door was in a real generic
  10.         form at this point and stage.
  11.  
  12. Version 1.1
  13.         Well this was the official beta test.  Also added the support
  14.         for WILDCAT in this version.  Some spelling was cleaned up also.
  15.         Fixed some major bugs that wouldn't display the word the user
  16.         was presently working on if they paged the SYSOP or viewed the
  17.         scoreboard.  Added some options to the game for you sysops so
  18.         you could specify how many words to use in a category and the
  19.         option to display the word if a user missed it.

  21. Version 1.2
  22.         This is the released version.  After beta testing it for 2
  23.         months the only bug I found was with the data files.  Had to
  24.         make a minor correction to source code on what it was supposed
  25.         to be doing with the number value placed in the CAT##.DAT file.
  26.         An error on my part. hahaha  Also added support for 19200 baud
  27.         by adding the /19200 option.

  30.         Well I added support for COM Ports 1-4.  Added support for 38400
  31.         baud which was left out of 1.2 some how,  just use the /38400 to
  32.         lock it at that speed.  Did some cosmetic work to it also.  Also
  33.         made a few utilities for the Registered Owners.

  36.         Okay I added ANSI MUSIC to the game,  which makes the game more
  37.         interesting.  Also added support for DORINFFOX.DEF BBS's.  Thats
  38.         it..  NO BUGS.  Also added another 20 categories to the game so
  39.         now you have up to 30 categories.

  42.         Found a bug in the DORINFO routine that would crash for a
  43.         security level greater then 32000...

  46.         Added more Desqview support and added Spitfire Door Support.
  47.         Also now the doors go to 115200.  Also did some cosmetic work
  48.         and reconstructed the player datafile.

  60.         I must watch the typo's.... The bug would cause the game to error
  61.         out when category 6 was used.  Sometimes it happen right now and

  66.         play the same category now without having to go back to the
  67.         selection list.

  70.         Made some changes to the configuration ability of the game,
  71.         sysop can now write there own one-liners for missed words.  Also
  72.         thanks to one of my BETA TESTERS (Dave Martin @ Inter-Face BBS
  73.         1-818-761-1439) he found that the Hang-Man scroeboard says
  74.         YAHTZEE scoreboard.  Oh well, honest mistake, I use the same
  75.         module for all the doors but forgot to switch the name.

  81.         Added the option for the user to select no for ANSI MUSIC before
  82.         it played the actual notes.  This way those that play it late at
  83.         night won't wake up loved ones.

  87.         new information since I recently moved.

  89. Version 2.3                     DATE:06/11/1996
  90.         The new release of WILDCAT v5 has made a change to its DOOR.SYS
  91.         file.  This was causing an ERROR #5 when the game tried to run.
  92.         What was happening is that the new format of the door.sys doesn't
  93.         place anything in the password slot.  So the code I have written
  94.         assumes a password is there and gets mad when it fines a blank
  95.         spot.  Made a quick change to the code and now its up and running
  96.         again.  Also added a support site for CREDIT CARD REGISTRATIONS,
  97.         see the registration doc for information.
